From the lobby definition which I remember posting, cheating was defined as contacting fellow players using an outside medium. She can't really cheat by twiddling her thumb and watching her screen. So unless there have been several accusations by other people saying she contacted them, there shouldn't be a problem.
As for the month ago incident, the report filed was ot'ed to OGI because mods agreed it wasn't cheating so...
I also never said she cheated with you, just that she did. This trophy might be legit (doubt it), but she should still be on a 3 month lobby ban from a month ago :)
Sure, that's not very nice. But let's not pretend like bsm hasn't done much worse. I have not once seen him be positive towards anyone. Not once. And all his interactions with me have been aggressive and slanderous.
