Why does this man get downvoted for speaking the truth? Some days I am busy and cannot play comp so this prevents me from running because I reach the cap without playing and then I cannot run for comp because I will ultimately end up playing less games than other people. This cap needs to be removed.

Actually, no they can't. The heart refresh is always 5 per day. So there is already an artificial resource limit placed to playing orange heart games and therefore the cap doesnt need to be there. Furthermore, since there is a limit of distributed hearts, if somoene waits until the last day to play them, he will find that there are few games being played since most of the players have already used them up and must limit himself to the few players that sill have them.
