Hello. It seems my main account might have been suspended for some unknown reason and I would like to know why and what steps would be needed to resolve the issue. I have tried resetting the password on that account multiple times, and from different devices but am unable to login.

So I assume that maybe I got suspended at some point without any contact or reason. But I like that account and want to know what can be done to resolve it?

I have messaged Nathan a couple days ago, but have not received a response.
