Dude, what competition?? I trophied regardless, I didn't know he had a previous violation, how is that my fault? If he didn't have a previous violation he wouldn't be round suspended.
Also it was maf autowin and MisterPresident's final vote was up for several seconds before he went and hammered someone else, and changed his excuse for it three times.
Agreed with the first two comments. I'm not going to point fingers, but this was probably the mod's line of thought: He would have won if he had blitz'd town and the game would have been over. But as Dawdle and Memoji has brought up, it's quite possible he had some issue with his screen.
Even if that wasn't believable to whoever was moderating the report he still played based off of his wincon. It wasn't like he was intentionally throwing from what I'm seeing as Mile brings up. He made a very clear attempt of remedying his accident until the end. "Gamethrowing, by its most basic and all-encompassing definition, is knowingly playing against your win-condition." He had no malicious intent of deliberately losing as shown in the last day.
I wouldn't call this modabuse as the mod was looking at this from one angle. But I do think this should be brought up to attention.

Mori should be the one to be disqualified for conspiring to get her competition out.
I have always liked Mori but this is despicable behavior IMO.
Well personally, I think it's MisterPresident's fault for vote spamming in the first place. You were pushing on voting Mori before claiming they were hooker in order to protect yours so iunno... Seems intentions to win were there.
No, I believe you just forgot about the vest after being to invested into the game. You did try your best to win and you did actually just make a mistake, you do not deserve a GT violation for this. Even with one more win, Mori would still be second place.
Yeah I'm not sure why this received a GT vio. It definitely wasn't an intended vote and you were also very clearly playing to win (which you almost managed to do).

Harkinian's point is exactly right. There was clearly NO intent to lose WHATSOEVER. He ccd cop and even won the cop cc, which should be proof enough. You could even argue that hammering hooker there could be a strategic play. Absolutely ridiculous vio.
MisterPresident was votespamming which would have caused the vote menu to kick around, that right there is evidence Phoenixi hadn't intentionally killed his own comrade.
Doesn't look like you played with the intent to lose so I wouldn't call it a throw, I don't think there's too many players about who can honestly say they've never misclicked before in their lives.
