It's not a bad setup, but there's too few possibilities that can happen, and more likely than not it'll go to D2 2v2 with a blue making a game-deciding hammer.

If you did switch that dawnstart to day start however, this leads to the possibility for fake claims and wifom to happen d1 (ie Mafia claiming cop when being lynched, both actual cops believing it to be their partner unvote.) and high risk lynches (Cop lynching their partner or mafia lynching their partner) Which may add on a twist to what is otherwise a blatant "Kill all Mods" spinoff.
