tbh it does sound pretty weird when thinking about it but i think it was his intention that you aren't trophy banned for cheating in red hearts

also upon thinking back on it, i believe there was an issue where the rule would've mattered and it was deemed that trophy ineligibility didnt apply if it was a red heart cheating vio

might've been for yachi tbh

so, i believe justin gets to trophy

i think the wording of the cheating rule was changed.. it does seem weird to allow red heart cheaters to trophy and i would assume they would get banned from trophiyng as well (makes sense). probably pull up the thread and read on it when i have the time
