Killing into autolose

Recently I had a mod tell me that if meteor is on mafia, and town is nling to force mafia to kill into autolose..it would be GT if he forces meteor.

If town is doc testing, or if killing a pr would make mafia lose..mafia has more than a right to make the game meteor and make everyone lose b/c they would be losing anyway.

its the towns fault for letting mafia decide their fate.

Just to make it clear if maf have a chance at not autoloss, they have to take it

You can't force meteor because you have to 50/50 a kill that would put you in autoloss or something

This is only for mechanical autoloss. If you have 3 blues sr you and you NK on meteor night, it's GT.

It's like a stalemate in chess.

Example a: 2 blues, doc and mafia cc'ing doc - meteor on mafia, town is doc-testing. Town has to lynch or mafia may force meteor. (stalemate)

Example b: blue, doc, GS and mafia cc'ing doc - meteor on mafia, town is doc-testing. GS will gun the blue and it's autowin for town. (checkmate)

i'm pretty sure i misunderstood your question when we talked about it

i'm fairly certain that if it's autoloss for mafia to kill then they can push meteor since they lose regardless

It's been always a rule that mafia can force meteor if either of their kills leads into autolose.
