Since when is telling people to kill themselves not an instant ban. I remember when i was a mod, if somebody told someone else to kill themselves and it wasn't a joke (not that it's a good thing to even joke about) it was an instant ban. Pretty sure Lucid made that clear to us when we were mods. Now when i reported somebody for it, they just get a warning? When did this change?
If it did change, it needs to be changed back to an instant ban.

I like how you don't know what goes through the heads of suicidal people, low key admitting it at the end, and assume it's fact worthy enough to present in a argument.
This I can get behind unless the person requests the other person to stop and they continue.
telling someone "kys" should be filed under the Mean Words You Should Never Say violation. you can differentiate this from the Mean Words You Can Sometimes Say violation because i get sent to the principle's office if i tell someone to "kys"

but i moderate kill yourself as an instant vio because i really don't see why it should be acceptable to say without repercussions, and i'm pretty sure most other mods do too?
i don't subscribe to the notion that telling someone to kill themselves will make them actually do it / that we need to instaban people that dare say such a terrible thing, but i still don't think it should be allowed to be freely said

I never asked u why ally made the ruling she did, you stated the rule as X and I showed you that Ally did Y which contradicts X

if u literally kill yourself because someone said "kys" to you once on a video game, im not going to shed a tear for u because all u did was remove ur weak genes from the pool
people go through much worse on the daily and im sure that those who are actually struggling enough to have suicidal thoughts irl don't care enough about what internet strangers have to say about them.
But maybe that's just me.
Either way "lol kys" or "haha kill urself" as a casual remark is a big difference from actually attempting to pressure someone into committing suicide.
i really don't know how or why you expect anyone on this site to stay when you guys argue that telling people to kill themselves shouldn't have social repurcussions
1 of mine was for telling gerry i hoped he would die alone 1 was for posting the r slur alone without context 1 was for disparaging the transformer community 1 was for offering $5 to hang a wheelchair bound user by a meat hook and dance his legs to prove he's a real boy 1 was for disparaging the anime community and 2 more were for disparaging the transformer community it isn't all for the same stuff
I’m a pretty big doodoo head, as I couldn’t even bypass without telling everyone my alts, but even I have enough self control to not get caught telling people to kill themselves four times.
I'm a multiple times banned user and I've never received a HC or Harassment vio. If you get banned for either of those despite having four chances you're just a poopybutt.
