like if they just spam for 20min and people can't talk or vote at all, I agree that it could maybe be a problem. If it did not last super long and interfere with the game much, it should be okay I think though.
confirmed mafia gives a lot of reads on who partners are. if town refuses to Lynch them for 20min to get reads (another form of trolling), they should expect the confirmed mafia to troll some back

I still argue that I can troll when the town trolls and refuses to vote. I did my best to try to save my partner who even reported me so that we could win the game. it did not interfere with the game at all
