It doesnt matter if it is risky. It is his call to use that strat or not. Not a mods call. A mod cant decide what strat a player will use. Till now i had your name in my excel sheet as the third best mod. But this note is going to affect your ranking. A mod's job is to moderate. Not to tell what strategy is important.
Devante case is not grey area at all. Not even close. He took a call to rs. You can't vio people for failed rs. And that note implies you are asking him to stop doing that. Which is outrageous.
I understand your strategy, but it's something very risky and it's better to be done when you're at least townread by the person who's hammering, or you're not self-voting, or there's a bw outside you, etc. You ended up being hammered as unclaimed bs on lylo while a maf was unccd bs.
But yeah a NV would also be fine in your report, I was debating wether NV it or note it for isp by negligence and picked the latter. It was a grey area, not all reports are black and white :)
Please then explain how it is ISP(assuming by negligence) if I was participating adequately- I had seen the claim, however I decided that strategically it was better to let him be in cc’d and then prove the following day ; by either dying or vesting random that he was fake.
I did not miss the claim which is the only way u can argue ISP. I don’t want a note cus 20 days down the line someone can argue I was given a note for ISP. Stop using notes as cop outs
