Bsm just doesnt understand that we can't take decisions subjectively for such things. What if she makes a new account tomorrow and starts fresh? Is that allowed for everybody? Why cant you just force log out her and lock her out of her account if she wants to stay away. What stops her from making new account? Lets say if she doesn't but will you delete vios for someone who wants to start fresh? No. And that is why this rule is there. So that people cant get rid of vios. And it does stop many genuine requesters from getting what they want but that is how the rule works. Your thick head just doesn't understand it.

Yes Pranay, I'm absolutely certain that Caroline deleted her 5+ year account with 2 trophies, one GRS vio that expired in a week, and no bans or suspensions because she wanted to bypass... 9 days of a vio?
