It is not hard to bypass a vpn check. I think it has always been a norm that when someone is banned for being a banned user then the name of the banned user is mentioned and a bypass vio is attached.

The pastebin sucks..I agree with Pranay they mods are really grasping at strawing looking for evidence. There is no evidence in the whole pastebin.

BTW, I 100% agree with pranay..i too think he may have cheated. But there is 0 evidence in the pastebin.
