Can/Should ISP games be refunded

ISP just impairs judgement and is bad for both sides. Shouldn't the games be refunded

It's just unfair it's not a refund. Was it impossible to win in those circumstances? Yes but they didn't lose autowin

unclear blue is forced to afk and does not participate all game, one line & vote per day enters 3 way, toally silent. 7 minutes in, he types one line “sorry for afk, [legitimate reason for afk]” and crosses for clear. 3 minutes pass. mafia tries their best to convince the clear and win. clear decides the afk was legitimate and hammers mafia

towns isp caused them to win unfairly

what do you do?
you report them for isp and they get an isp vio regardless whether you win the game or not, and no refund if you lost, because the maf could have won even if the blue participated.

Like if you can't read one person bc they isped technically the burden is on the clear for not reading the other person better even though that is unfair

Refund is only given when it is autowin and losing party had no chance of winning at all but they win due to isp or gt.

isp can cause wins too.

some isps should be getting refunded but im unsure of the criteria for context

If the ISP caused the loss then yes. Usually negligence as a pr/maf rather than uhh..not talking? Has that changed? Red heart refunds are rare. Usually for awful cheating.
