False, you only get double hearts on your main.
U get double on all ur accounts yes FourAyeEm u can hold up to 40 reds and 10 oranges but u only get the normal 5 oranges per day. u earn double reds tho.
it goes across all accounts (i.e. 5 gold hearts per day per acct)
as long as ur accounts are all connected (as in u bought alt "account" slots.
