I'm going to update this thread whenever a "new" player impresses me

This ILLuSION guy is 24-31 yet shows an awareness of the game with a single line that tops players with 1000+ games

Realizing the error in Pikachu's opener required ILLuSION to not only track that Pikachu was afk / not typing, but also it required an understanding of how such an opener doesn't fit the game (because 30-45 seconds had already elapsed since the day started)

Was checked twice in classic mafia. The player was so new he thought his report could lie. This was impressive

i remember one of my first games in competitive as orc, i got killed and orced someone who everyone townread and people got impressed. it was nice

this is a good thread. ive seen newer players play better than people who have been here for more than a few years before. newer players arent always bad and we were all new at one point
