But anyways, it doesn't really matter because there's not really anything we can do anymore

With a developer always absent, the only actual admins with power basically absent, the site literally relies on the current mods right now and if they're gone then basically there would be no moderation

I am not saying they aren't subject to criticism but since they're the only ones stopping this site from literally doing whatever they want you should lay off a little
