I think Zhuorb will do it. He doesn't seem like the type to make a false promise unless it's funny. That can only hurt his reputation, and there's no upside. Think about it, this wouldn't be an amusing prank or joke if he simply didn't follow through. He has nothing to gain, no one to make laugh, he won't get any sort of attention from it.
