Abusive moderators: The facts

Hello everyone, it's me again. As you know, I do everything in order to ensure fairness for us, the players, that give this entire website an actual sense.

There are many threads like this talking about all kinds of bullsh*t, so I thought: "Hey, let's make a thread that actually covers the hard facts!"

In my opinion, moderators who do clearly not enforce the rules correctly and still don't do it after they've been told their mistake are a disgrace and liability to the website as the rules cannot be taken seriously as a result.

Player dzanek1143 was given a violation for fake-claiming carolled D1. Seems like he was breaking a rule, wasn't he? No. Quote from the rules page at https://epicmafia.com/lobby/rules:

"Game Throwing
Intentionally playing against your win condition or not playing to win. Includes fake claims made for any other purpose than strategy as well as voting someone based on a grudge."

He did not intentionally play against his win condition, he tried to get reads by that fake-claim, thus being a strategy - even if a failed one. The moderator charley does clearly not know how to correctly enforce the game-throwing rule. It does not matter whether it was "corruption" or "being bad" - this moderator should not be a moderator. Period.

Player jontytt was too given a violation for fake-claiming a power role D1. Was he breaking a rule? Again no, since the rules clearly state that one must do it intentionally and not because he tried to pull off a smart strategy. Jontytt was a nice guy when he joined and now he's all grumpy. Why? Because of you bad moderators. And he is not the only one who become grumpy, a lot of people did (especially new players!).

I warn you. Many many people will get to hate you in the future if you do not change your habits concerning reports and giving violations. If you are moderator of this website, you are required to enforce their rules AS SPECIFIED AT https://epicmafia.com/lobby/rules.

Thanks for listening. If this doesn't change soon, I will create an own mafia website. Simple, modern looks, smart rules and no stupid moderators enjoying their fame whilst doing their job completely wrong.

You outed the alt yourself, i just mentioned it. Also i wish you were telling the truth and you were reformed but we both know that is not true. The last couple of weeks tell a different story, but i'll just leave it at that. I hope you'll change though, not for me or anyone else but for yourself. I think you will find joy in your life by being a better person. ;)

look how abc plays on his accounts like plexar, bigbadboy, darron - then look at how he plays on jontytt. he's subtly throwing those games by playing scummy on purpose + fossing town

case 1: when playing a highrisk highreward strat you know a big con of playing by that strat is possibly getting town fked badly, which would result in a game throwing action. so when you play risky strats that can have disastrous outcomes, then you mustnt disagree if it goes wrong and u get a gt vio.

I actually laughed irl after seeing how you talk about yourself in 3rd person.

"jontytt: the experimental alt" is an account used by banned user kfc. It's truly laughable that he doesn't even have the decency to admit that he used that account to GT. Whoever thinks that is not GT is ignorant, we're talking about someone who makes tens of accounts to troll/ cheat/ gamethrow and so on and who spends most of his life on this website.
