with voodoo, anarchist, and all of those oracles, it has to be blacklisted because everything happens mainly due to luck. No gameplay or scumhunting.

You have never played it right? Gunning and shooting are decision that you have to make and scumhunt. And how is JFK v3 not blacklisted then?
