Why do you want to delete your account less than 24 hours after playing a game to begin with? Got something to hide? It's to stop people from throwing a game and then deleting their account which actually used to be a huge problem though it's less of a problem now because you can't join the competition until you have 1500 points. It's still a necessary evil and if you really care that much to delete you can wait 24 hours

yeah, such as friends stealing your phone and changing information or deleting accounts

it's probably to prevent abuse of deleting accounts, but i'm too tired to come up with examples of how it could be abused
