The Game

Hello everyone! This is the Official game thread for my ANONYMOUS Survivor game, which will have an Overwatch theme around it.

A quick rundown of Overwatch and what the game would entail:

• In Overwatch, there are different heroes you can choose to fight with in each battle. They are characterized by their abilities and how they help the team: by attackers, defenders, tank heroes, or support heroes (aka healers). This is how I would split the tribes up.

• You would have to choose a hero to be in the game and the tribe you are on depends on the type of hero you choose.

• You will not have to know anything about Overwatch to play, it will just be a theme the game is based on. (Besides the whole creating an alt and getting an avi of the hero, but a quick google search will get that covered.) So if you just wanna play in an anon game, you can!

• Based on the four kinds of heroes, each person will get a special power in the game based on the type of hero they are:

  • ATTACKERS: Each attacker will receive 2 extra votes to use anytime at or before Final 7. You can use them both at once, or split them up.
  • DEFENDERS: Each defender will receive a word given to them at the beginning of the game. If they can get someone to say that word in context of what is happening (aka not just randomly saying it, I will judge whether or not it is in context) and can do it before the merge, then they will receive 2 advantages for two challenges throughout the merge. They can stack these advantages to create a super advantage for one merge challenge.
  • TANK HEROES: Each tank hero will receive 2 vote nullifiers to use throughout the game. They can use both at one tribal, but if they use it and do not receive a vote, then the nullifier is gone.
  • SUPPORT HEROES: Each support hero will receive an immunity necklace to give to another player immediately after the challenge ends at any point in the game. The immunity necklace works just like an individual immunity necklace; everyone will publicly know they cannot vote for the person with the necklace.

How to reserve

You will need to PM me either on Epicmafia or Skype with the hero you wish to be, and the profile you created for them. DO NOT RESERVE IN THE COMMENT SECTION OF THIS THREAD.

VERY IMPORTANT: Your character's name MUST be in this format: HeroLS5. So for example, If you wanted to reserve as Genji, your name MUST be GenjiLS5.

Note: I am including Soldier:76 as a support hero because as it stands, there are 7 attackers (not including Doomfist but he's new and it would make tribes uneven) and only 5 support heroes. Normally S76 would be an attacker, however he is the attacker that is most like a support healer with his ability to heal himself and others around him.

I really hope I can get a good turnout for this game! Remember, you do NOT have to know anything about Overwatch to play! It will just be a theme the game is built around. If you just wanna play in an anon game, then go ahead and reserve! Just please don't tell people who you are/if you reserved, the game isn't any fun if you ruin the surprise!
