How to end Mod Abuse.

After a long 3 minutes of thinking about ways to end Mod Abuse I've come up w/ the one way that will stop any and ALL abuse.

Stop reporting players even if they're in the wrong.

If we don't report players for breaking the rules the mods can't possible f*ck and give vio's unfairly. Best part about this is there's nothing in the rules saying you have too/can't report a player rule breaking.

only reports that matter r cheating vios and grs, everything else is bs, and u could easily allow players of the round to vote on said reports
