Stupid dumba'ss Lono gave me a "GT" vio when I didn't understand a mechanic

I was "supposed to" hook cop with a watcher in play. i thought watcher would see the hook. so I hooked someone else. And stupid dumbf'uck Lono gives me a 2 day vio with no chance to appeal the vio, lickity split .
