Just because the admin is never here to file a report about someone impersonating him and pretending to be the admin and most likely asking for passwords and what not, it does not mean you can't ban him for doing so.
I am sorry, but at least the other mods are willing to at least have the decency to follow SOME rules. WhitePimp007 didn't even care about the rules, as long as they worked in his favour, and he could use them any way he wants to.
