the purpose of EM is to create as many alts as possible. now it sounds wacky but listen to me:
play with X amount of redhearts for free/very cheap
get around r*tard bans, work on the coveted pie chart, etc
more goes at the goldheart = more likely you win (someone with 10 alts wins the round almost by sheer odds, vs honest working class ppl with 0 alts)
ppl like to make RP accounts or troll accounts or etc
these may be incentives that players see for making many fake/duplicate accounts, AKA "alts". but why does the design of EM as a program/community really encourage users to login to more than once account daily?

I know that many top players in the "Fame" tab have more then 3 accounts, almost by a rule. I suspect that several mods, and possibly Lucid himself, actively play with multiple accounts daily.
B/c this site's funky disorganization encourages people to multi-account, Lucid turns a bug into a feature and gets rich doing nothing.
For istance : Your employee calls someone a really bad word in public, and laughts at them, or an employee does something that endangers others, on their own, without working with others on the team :D

It is good to know you are aiming higher. EM will be GREAT experience in the future :D Just do what you have to do ! Protect everyone no matter what they do :D
I'm turning 19 this weekend, actually. When lucid asked me if I wanted to admin, I did think quite a bit.
I started a new job as a product manager, which I'm doing as a stepping stone to building my own startup, and admin-ing EM has various analogies with product management (balancing stakeholder interests, articulate communication, team co-ordination and alignment). I've definitely learned things even in just a week.
I'm pretty good at doing what I want to do in life, and EM hasn't and won't impact my life. I've made new RL friends even.

2. I would never give any verdict that I don't think is justified or reasonable. There are plenty of people who have asked me to nv reports as a friend and I've declined.
In this case, I don't think a HC should be handed out, and with someone who's bound to appeal, felt that deleting the vio after a bit was the best way to handle it with least fuss. It was an isolated incident and I'm not going to do that again.
3. LOL. fade never "flirted" with me, I've never even talked to her before nor after, and I voted to DQ her in the same week.
You're better off Not trying to run this website since the average user (especially on the forums) are grumpy 20+ year olds . You shouldn't have to worry about making change on epicmafia

in ye olden days, people would make alts to hide their identity and avoid certain meta(s). it became widely requested that they should be able to link their alts, so lucid created a feature that allowed you to create an alt from your account which connected them. eventually it evolved into what it is today
