I think they make accounts just to reject them. Its an exclusive club and a very limited number of spaces just one to be exact.

I don't ban people , I just reject their request to join so that the "Players requesting approval" page is empty in case I want to make more accounts like I did recently. If I just left it alone it'd get flooded and would start lagging. That's all.
