It would be a guaranteed vote from me 95% of the time. Regardless of what people may think, it's pretty much impossible to go unnominated unless you have a fierce grip on the game. Even if you float the entire time, there's going to be times where you're nominated for a variety of reasons. Think of all the times where the crap player is nominated for being a pawn.
Never nominated doesn't mean a good game.. You could be never nominated simply because you aren't a thread, and had no control. If you were never nominated because you had control over the game, and you were able to avoid being nominated due to impeccable control then sure. If you were never nominated simply because you were overlooked in favour of bigger threats then yeah you probably don't deserve to win.
Also whether or not someone is nominated says nothing about the person standing beside them in the f2. If you were never nominated yet you are standing in f2 with someone who was nominated yet managed to survive due to great social skill, or challenge skill. Or someone who was strategically able to arrange the votes in their favour, they may deserve to win over you.
I guess ultimately the amount you were nominated/voted does not speak towards your game play. It's how you got there :-)
Depends why the person was never voted/nommed. Is it because they did nothing in the game and was just a sheep so nobody felt the need to vote them or is it because they were playing really well?
Generally, a rule of thumb is the person who had 0 votes PROBABLY played better but there are some cases where it may not be the case.
The person who received votes may have received votes because he/she was playing the better game.
