No more Grudging or scumreading players because they are noavi or some other sh.it like that.
You don't know who is who so you can't GT against certain players or throw for them.
You get to be something else for a change :D
CONS:
It will be harder to cheat with your friends :(
It will be harder to gamethrow for people :(
It will be harder to meta clear or use meta on people :(
Outing who you really are to influence people and when you really mean it is considered OGI so the mod team should learn how to handle OGI for a change.
Just start hosting them. I beg every admin and moderator for years. I am trying to change the mod team and the community. You guys just harras me isntead.
This idea is good. There is absolutely no harm in disliking it unless you actually cheat or gt in games.
can you explain the logic/ theory / proof behind the only irrelevant pro & con (number 1)
Player 1 is Red.
Player 2 is Purple.
Player 1 and Player 2 never played before together.
Purple townreads Red for no reason.
You can assume he townread him because he liked how he plays.
Anyway, town wins.
Second game:
Player 1 is Green
Player 2 is Yellow.
They play different than last game with different people.
Yellow again for some weird reason townreads Green.
If this was a standart game, Player 2 could have easilly said that they townread Player 1 in the first game, and in the second game they through they played the same way.
This is Anon game. The mechanic of Anon is players to not out who they are. If they are serious about their claims that is OGI because they are influencing the game by really outing who they are.
There is no way player 2 to townread player 1, 2 different games with different nicknames if he never played games with him before.
Also this can preatty easy help when someone is acting out of character.
Anon setups are for that. Players become random anons.
They have random nicknames and you lose the idea of who is who. You can easilly pretend to be another player or even change your entire playstile and win by pure gameplay.
i sense a lot of holes in this theory, and i hope you are never given the power to investigate anything -- ever. if that's the logic you're going to apply to things
