we should really get the "delete your forum post" to be a permanent thing for posts you make on threads (instead of the 10 minute window to edit your post). My inspiration for this is all of the selfies I'm insecure about in faces. Please make this happen lucid, thank you!
Ok but it still annoys me that the "deleted" thing shows up. Like what if you want to delete a pic from faces of EM and yet even if you do delete it there is still proof that the pic was ever in there?
It would relatively be the same code or whatever that is used for lobby wall posts. If you say anything incriminating enough to deserve a report, people usually will screenshot that stuff as proof anyway.
Wow! I just filtered Jimbei in Faces of EM and noticed all Imgur pictures are deleted! Imma try this technique to remove those embarrassing baby pictures of me people are sharing through PMs.

whether this happens or not, remember you can ask a sandbox mod or a site mod to delete the post for you! You can just click the little head next to the view counter and type in your username to find all posts by you, and link that to a mod.
Also, make sure to check for any posts people may have quoted with your picture, because those can exist too. (On the community subforum, just search for your username. It'll show all the times you have been quoted)
Also, you can directly delete the picture from imgur if you have an account. On the right top, mouse over your username, click on images, and from there you can delete any uploaded images that you uploaded through that account.
