If the whole purpose of featured setups is going to be to attract fp players to competitive I think it's better to feature setups that are comped on that round. So that way they can practice on red hearts and whenever they feel confident enough they can immediately go to a comp game.
I feel like if you feature the setup right after the round ends, fp players that play it would lose interest or would have just forgotten about it whenever the setup does get comped again in the future
