Comp is full of complete garbage players. This has to be fixed and there are several options for doing so. Point is SOMETHING has to be done because the game quality is just .

Occasional banter is entertaining and I see what you're implying. I'm kind of wishing I was a banned user because that'd be a pretty devastating thrust to the mod team which would be amusing but no, /unfortunately/ I'm not.
I really don't think comp needs to be overhauled despite how much of an abominable mess some games can be.
Your suggestions to fix comp (1) Increase points to join comp to 10000 (2) Require <1% sui-rate to play comp
Both of these suggestions are patently absurd; implementing either of those would indefinitely terminate comp based on how little many games would fill (people who meet the criterion would have to be online at the same time as each other to fill games).
Be that as it may, revamping the mentor system and making good use of it can work wonders for increasing the average competitive game quality.
