during the shooting at the mandalay bay, there just happens to be reports of shootings elsewhere in vegas. notably a commotion at the airport, along with radio scan signals going haywire on air traffic control. also various eyewitnesses saw a helicopter flying away from the tropicana / mandalay bay area during the shooting.
