well the problem u are having is how can you prove it's you that's asking for the reset and not someone else viia the email u sent him?
moreover did u even ask an admin before jumping to someone who codes for uber for a living, meaning he has little to no time to baby sit people with gold-fish tier memories?
i don't think you should be calling other people idiots when you didn't take 3 seconds out of your day to figure out that both edark and nathan have keys to reset your password
