How honest and kind people should behave?

Those that are good toward others, that like to help, that are usefull for the community?

I personally think if you are honest and kind, you should publicly shame people that do wrong, complain all the time about important maters, and protect trolls because they are people too.

Sounds to me like those two things are the same.

I mean, I might be entering edgy territory here but I feel like you shouldn't go out of your way to hurt people. There's a word for that and it's called sadism.
