Day one mylo setups are inherently bad but that's another debate
I don't know why people try and "fix" SDS anyways. That setup doesn't and isn't supposed to work with a ml. It's a mylo setup take it or leave it with swingy as heck night roles.
i don't get how saving the same person is gt, if the game is in favor of town, why would you throw away that advantage that you gained by lynching mafia on d1? mafias shouldn't use such lame play, its really annoying.

Yes, which is the entire point of doctor as a role when it comes to setup design. The doctor is designed to prevent one role from dying while the doctor is alive.

In this case, the mafia is an alt of an old player from back when this rule was up for debate, and she was the first one to file a report. She obviously understands the rule.
However, a decision on this was made IIRC, and the mafia must kill an unclear. You can't force the doctor to not use his power.
