my view on it is that it wasn't a gamethrow vio and harley was just misinformed/played bad
if im maf and im in autoloss and i somehow manage to trick town into splitting votes or something, the game shouldn't get refunded because technically i made somebody "throw"
it's a 30 minute comp game that everyone agreed should be refunded (read the initial report, the other reports filed, and graveyard chat in the game). if it wasn't comp i wouldn't care lol. what is the point of refunds in comp games if games that shouldn't have gone a certain way aren't refunded

That's a lie. Immediately as soon as I asked, I checked up on it and it was still in progress. Brian took 7 minutes to respond. So no, you really really hadn't. Also that report's been ''sitting'' for almost 24 hours.

i actually already no vioed the report like 20 minutes or so before you posted which is why i find it awkward you said that without even checking the report, lol
i had that report sitting in progress 'for ages' (probably like 3-4 hours) because i kinda felt bad you guys wouldn't get a refund when you guys got a loss in autowin. however i don't believe she gamethrew (and you don't either apparently) and i don't think it really deserves a note because its not like she was isping through negligence or anything; she just believed you were 100% confirmed maf because you were "blue ccs" in her mind.
you know that that deserved a note and a refund, you only nv because of what i just said in this thread lol. you left that report sitting 'in progress' for ages and conveniently come back to it now. she didn't intentionally throw, but she lost auto by ignoring to listen to me even after I didn't hammer her. like 4 people reported it, that is prototypical 'note'
