In the case of two people that are dating, that something might be "wanting to play together".
I mean, on that point we can just agree to disagree. I seem to recall though that the whole case was built on meta-abuse and not cheating.
i mean realistically if you have to hide the account of someone in order to get your trophy without suspension it would mean theres something else going on wouldnt it
i think i read that and kevin was clearly biased and playing for her but not necessarily rolesharing. he never played unless she did. either way her lying about dex that means that foul play likely went on behind the scenes
your lore on zwink/d3x is pretty much correct. he was playing on spaceghost or something (with numbers mixed in) and she said she didnt know it was him blah blah blah
zwink was accused of cheating with kevinmalone and d3x, the cheating kevinmalone didn't stick and she got banned for lying about the whole d3x thing

I'm just gonna set the record straight because certain people are being really really inconsiderate by reinforcing the assumption there was cheating when they don't know that, and in all likelihood there wasn't.
Calvin & Anna were asked to stop playing together. They said they did stop. Turns out they didn't. That's what Edark's big "definitive proof" is. It does justify a round suspension, but it doesn't at all prove cheating. Hence; no violation given.
On the other hand, Zwink & d3x were given a cheating vio for lying to the mods about something similar without any actual proof of cheating (from what I recall, correct me if I'm wrong) and banned for the full 6 months. Food for thought.
if you're going to not hand out violations to someone because they're quitting the site, then you should delete violations every time someone wants to self delete
this is kind of silly; why ban or give anyone a violation who breaks rules at all then if they're going to leave the site? why are some exempt but others are not to rules?
