Eh, there isnt really a place to announce it to begin with, its not a major change from the old one. Also, this rule has been in place prior me becoming admin, Im not sure why you're accusing me of the one who changed the rule. I merely wrote it down then when I re-structured the mod forums.
It hasnt been an issue untill you wanted something to whine about, so I think announcing it here will do just fine as the majority of people either dont really care or already know it.
Mods are not allowed to do reports after they have reached 100 points and plan to try and trophy that round. This is, just like most rules listed here https://epicmafia.com/topic/60963 is a guideline and not a super strict rule. If said offense is found then responsible admin will take action to see whether or not round suspension is the best case or just refiling the reports will do enough.
