By rule you are not allowed to do hold heart report if running. He did one that affected his competition. Mods say the rule was changed but not communicated. They just discussed it amongst themselves in mod forums. Because apparently it only affects mods.

Bacde is legitimately one of the worst mafia players I've come across. He hostkills me n1 and then claims to be metacleared for the next two days because he can't beat me while I'm alive. There are people here who actually think this guy is good too which is upsetting
