well i assume this is a rating of the mafia skills of female-identifying accounts on epicmafia.com and i don't know why he specifies females here. Which it has to be, because actual chicks can't play epicmafia, or if they do, you can't tell which users they are playing as, so that would be a fruitless endeavor. Like trying to weed out which government officials are aliens in the US or China or Russia or Czechoslavakia.
