I want to come up with an idea which in my opinion is pretty cool and i am surprised that noone hasn't ever thought about it. Ok,here is the idea - let's say each round or once in a month besides the actual competition we make a setup contest(ideally 7-10 ppl set) in which the best setup is chosen by the community and gets added to the next round sets(and preferably gets modplussed). Pros:

• Chances of crappy sets getting comped will decrease
• We'll have more classy sets
• And most importantly you will never complain about round setups anymore.

Cons: I'd say none but feel free to post if you disagree.
