Welcome to Forum Mafia 19: Forbidden Actions!

Game is over. Ended on Day 5

Mafia wins! This game was ranked.

The mastermind's behind this game are Gerry, Mori and myself.

The game will be played like any other Forum Mafia game, with one twist! Every player will be given an action pregame. If the action they are given is performed, they will be Killed from the game, with their forbidden action being shown afterward. More information will be given under Rules.

I. The Schedule:

72 Hour Days. 24 Hour Nights

  • If you don't submit actions by the deadline I will consider you taking no action.

II. The Set Up:

  • There is no "possible roles list". I promise not to get too crazy.

  • Mafia will have Day chat. And will know each other's Forbidden Actions

  • You will get an Alignment PM. Town or Mafia and your alignment will not change.

You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Each night, one of you or your partners may perform the factional kill. You may kill and perform your role action during the same night.

You win if at least one member of your group is alive and all other players are dead (or if nothing can prevent the same)

III. The Rules:

As explained earlier, there will be forbidden actions. YOU CANNOT SHARE YOUR FORBIDDEN ACTION. If found to, you will be mod killed. If you commit the forbidden action, you will be killed from the game. You may speculate forbidden actions of others within the game. If asked whether your forbidden action is something, you cannot confirm or deny. You can also not soft or hint as to what your forbidden action is.

We also will be strict about ISP and replacements. If you think for any reason you MAY have to be replaced, do not sign up. We also reserve the right to deny anyone from joining, if we believe you will troll, isp, sub.

IV. Votes:

  • Votes must be made in the format Vote: Playername. Bolding is done using the tags [b][/b].

  • I will not take any other type of vote. If I can't tell who you're voting, I won't take it.

MOD NOTE Mori will be giving out a token prize to a player from each alignment who the hosts determined played best.

I kinda get where Denial is getting at, but I also think he's exaggerating some of his reads, like he's trying so hard to defend Nicole's actions, when it was just scummy to practically everyone. Also, as I said before, she was okay with being mislynched, so she probably wasn't a PR.

And I feel like he's ignoring Kassiyd's points.

kassidy, i don't care that his claim was "obviously" fake. why would you come out and say "lol why was damned killed" when you knew enough about him saying something about his parity check to come back instantly and say "well it was obviously fake because there was no n0"


to me, it makes more sense if your daystart was something like "lol why was damned killed? did mafia seriously think he was a cop?" or something of the sort rather than what you said

You could've made a general post, then directly quoting me, but w/e. I don't buy any of your logic, it all sounds made up, and everytime I try to question you about it, you get upset, meaning you can't really defend yourself that well.
you mean you wouldn't be upset if someone started continuously accusing you for various reasons that YOU BELIEVED were pretty clearly invalid between two separate days? I'm frustrated, yes, but I've explained repeatedly that I was talking about baby.

Not formatting posts correctly isn't a scumtell. If anything I'd pay MORE attention as scum. And I wouldn't have immediately thought of the explanation I did that I was referring to babylonia if that hadn't been my intent, would I? Well, I might have, but if I had the preconception that it was nicole I think it'd be pretty ' weird.

btw maybe ill concede to your points because this would be my actual first time playing forum mafia

however, to my understanding if we didn't lynch nicole, we had another day to decide a lynch. nobody gave nicole a chance to really say anything.. when they had last left talking there wasn't a huge push on nicole, it was on ideal. how was she supposed to know she was in danger of being lynched?

either way, now you just said that nicole was being inconsistent and that was a good reason for being lynched


i think its inconsistent to not want to lynch somebody when they claim PR (when there are no clear roles in the game/cc's) but then not care about waiting long enough for somebody else to come back

why am i pushing on kassidy alone? because their first line on todays daystart was "why did jeff get killed"

when i said he claimed ideal was his parity vote, now kassidy says "lol well its obvious there wasn't one and that was a joke/fake claim from him"

maybe because I was thinking about nicole and wasn't talking to you specifically? Maybe there were many threads of conversation going on in the thread at the time, just like there are now. I don't know, but why are you keeping this up when you clearly know what I meant and there's very little incentive for me to lie (no one but you really foses me and as mafia I wouldn't need to be worried about 1 fos over something that would be indefinite even if it were true)?

Are you still trying to claim this is alignment indicative?

also it's really not at all the same because there's a low chance that any person in the game will be a town PR regardless of alignment; the number of town PRs is generally ≤ the number of mafia.

you're basically trying to say i should be lynched for not wanting to lynch someone who had outright claimed pr, vs lynching someone who was very likely not PR and had not claimed it. not really seeing how you got a scumread out of that but OK

if you're not around you can't claim your role

that said denial why single out kassidy when you said yourself they were only "one of the ones" who wanted nicole lynched but didn't want to lynch a claimed PR?
