Welcome to Forum Mafia 19: Forbidden Actions!

Game is over. Ended on Day 5

Mafia wins! This game was ranked.

The mastermind's behind this game are Gerry, Mori and myself.

The game will be played like any other Forum Mafia game, with one twist! Every player will be given an action pregame. If the action they are given is performed, they will be Killed from the game, with their forbidden action being shown afterward. More information will be given under Rules.

I. The Schedule:

72 Hour Days. 24 Hour Nights

If you don't submit actions by the deadline I will consider you taking no action.

II. The Set Up:

There is no "possible roles list". I promise not to get too crazy.
Mafia will have Day chat. And will know each other's Forbidden Actions
You will get an Alignment PM. Town or Mafia and your alignment will not change.

You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Each night, one of you or your partners may perform the factional kill. You may kill and perform your role action during the same night.

You win if at least one member of your group is alive and all other players are dead (or if nothing can prevent the same)

III. The Rules:

As explained earlier, there will be forbidden actions. YOU CANNOT SHARE YOUR FORBIDDEN ACTION. If found to, you will be mod killed. If you commit the forbidden action, you will be killed from the game. You may speculate forbidden actions of others within the game. If asked whether your forbidden action is something, you cannot confirm or deny. You can also not soft or hint as to what your forbidden action is.

We also will be strict about ISP and replacements. If you think for any reason you MAY have to be replaced, do not sign up. We also reserve the right to deny anyone from joining, if we believe you will troll, isp, sub.

IV. Votes:

Votes must be made in the format Vote: Playername. Bolding is done using the tags [b][/b].
I will not take any other type of vote. If I can't tell who you're voting, I won't take it.

MOD NOTE Mori will be giving out a token prize to a player from each alignment who the hosts determined played best.

I have a feeling pony is just bad at looking towns as town, last game everyone scumread them when they were town

Ofc this is comparing to a game where they were vanilla not pr, and I wasn't actually in the game when they were but it's uh

Something to think about. I defiantly don't Townread them but I'm not sure they are the best lynch here

Someone tell me how wrong I am about this

Honestly, I've always been villager/ that nilla maf the one time, but I was towny then. anyways, have that person who knows forbidden actions check me, and I'm sure everything I do will make sense to people

She is playing a bit more confident and more reserved but I think if you're town soda you are reading too much into behaviors instead of what people are saying, which is something I've been thinking about but don't know if I'm ready to commit to that idea. That's why I told you that I understand your reads but I just simply don't agree with them, because even now I share that feeling that Nat is playing a bit weird.

On that note, I really don't like Denial's content lately, it just doesn't feel legitimate. I already argued with him earlier, but I don't think any of his points are actual scumtells.

People's behaviors change though, of course, and forbidden actions could be changing that behavior. I do think maybe Ponylove is having trouble keeping up, which is making it hard to out accurate reads. I'm not really sure atm.

I'm not liking retti or ripple, this is going great. honestly, I'm not 100% opposed to you lynching me, but for the betterment of the town, I am going to say this again. Like yesterday, I strongly suggest you do not lynch me. That's all I'm saying on that matter, now get your votes off me

I think you have one single vote, which is me. How can you say something like "I'm not 100% opposed to you lynching to me.." then in the very next line talk about how you suggest not getting lynched because it would doom town for some reason? That doesn't really make sense to me. I think I'd be more willing to unvote you if you gave out some reads or tried a bit more.

I think Kassidy and UltraAug are the most likely scum on this wagon, and I was considering N1ed but what he said earlier gave me a bit of pause. Kassidy so far has really only coasted and I feel she is playing too much to the room, in the sense that she only shows up when a hot topic is being discussed, such as a PR or anything else but hasn't really scumhunted, and it's mostly just been commenting about the way the game has progressed. I would really like to see some other reads from her. UltraAug I can't talk about more in-depth because I haven't been reading him in-depth, but something feels off about him. I've talked plenty about soda who I still have my eye on also, but I don't want this thread to become just constant fights between two people and other watching, which is what it has felt like mostly. There are a lot of players who haven't taken the initiative and I would like to see it more.

Actually, I do want you to look at my forbidden action. Not a priority if anyone else is desperate to be checked but it would be nice having that out there before it becomes a big confusing issue.
