Long answer: yes, let's allow users and banned users who're bypassing to throw OGI, GRS and GT with no punishment. That would definitely not make every game of competitive mafia completely pointless and every trophy even more meaningless than it already is.
I think you're forgetting the fact that most people who just play and don't use the forums are generally decent people and not really fans of HC or whatever else. If people (like me) were suddenly allowed to run around with some seriously harsh zingers then I think a lot would leave, or at least would be put off the idea of dropping dollar on a dying site.
This website is just a haven for depressed people who don't want to leave because they found community here. It's pretty much an emberassment at this point
Why have rules if you aren't going to enforce them? Just take away all the rules. More people will join the site and buy useless sh!t like text colors. Rules makes people stay, but if people play casually they will buy stuff. Economics. It's more profitable to not have any real rules
