I put VDLI back, just remove S&L clearly no one is gonna play it and this is what everyone wants

Well, here is the whole story.
1- I made a setup for rooo to comp. It wasn't showing on the list for long. Then he comped carbon c40. Later when the setup showed on the list, he tried to change the setup but it didn't work as it is a rule. So he asked a mod if it could be allowed since carbon wasn't played yet. It was allowed by the mod.
2- I believe that setups should not be changed once comped. But there is a lag in the system. The setup he wanted to comp was not showing in the system at all. He changed it only after consulting and because the other setup wasn't played and wouldn't be played and has never been played enough any round so it was wasting a spot anyway.
3- shoot pranay setup is good for me to run on. It is terrible. But easy to win as town. I know how to win as maf on it, so last time I ran on it and won silver, I flipped maf a lot and balanced it.
Nothing messed up the round based on what rooo did.

We saw no harm in changing the setups within the first 2 days, it does not affect the round in a major way.

It should't matter if Rooo wants his setups changed for two reasons:
One - The round already started, which means people have already played/wanted to play the setups already there. You can't just take that away after it has already been played.
Two - He can't run on them anyways so what's the point of changing them? It's not like he has a better chance of getting another trophy one way or the other.
Just in the future it should be set. This is the 2nd time. I believe last round some variation of A&D was comped and some people got 70 points per win early on and then it was changed.
Also that shoot Pranay setup is pretty townsided and I bet the only reason it's even is because people don't play it properly.
