Clearing things up

So dyl got a harassment vio for harassing me

Now jeff after that jeff asked me in a game if we could skype

I shared my Skype id with jeff

He skyped me asking how I was

Then he brought up dyl's vio.

I said first we talk then I'll take care of the vio

At the same time cody skyped me

To wish me hbd days after the notification he must have gotten

Simultaneously cody wishes me hbd and jeff talks about what's up with me

The coincidence is striking. I clearly know what they want and I give it to them. I ask for removal of his suspension.

Cody didn't have to bring it up because jeff had already convinced me. But the timing and the gap between the last communication with cody made it obvious what cody wanted.

It was also clear what jeff wanted. He brought up dyl's case 3 times while I was talking about other things.

So in conclusion I figured that jeff made truce with me to help dyl and cody came for the same thing and got it without asking. Because when I told cody to change the vio, he knew which report without me telling.

I was ok with the truce. I told my friend mellifluous that they came to me to talk to me. One of them wished me hbd after it was long due.

Mellifluous had the impression in his mind that they came to wish me hbd while they had an ulterior motive. This wasn't a bad conclusion what he made. He said the same thing on forums.

Then solace approached me and I showed him the logs with help of screenshots. Not the complete log

Jeff shared the complete log with admin

Jeff claims that he came only to talk to me and talking about dyl was not the plan and not any thing he was concerned with.

But the timing of everything and what they said and how they said and given their actions, I knew what was up. Only jeff cody and the admin who jeff talked to should comment here so I can know what jeff is claiming to do.

Ok edark. You are talking like a lawyer here. In a court of law they are absolutely not at fault.

But what I'm saying, is why this double standard? You know what they did, right? You are saying these guys have the right to do things to me because I don't have evidence of what you know that actually happened?

In the op there is nothing wrong. I clearly said that cody didn't ask for dyl at all. All I'm saying is that I assumed it was. Because who wishes me hbd after 5 days?

While we're here I'd like to clear something up as well. A lot of people have been jumping to conclusions in regards to a Dutch interview Julian Assange had (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kp7FkLBRpKg). As someone who follows Assange's talks I can tell you that he was speaking from conjecture. He almost certainly does not know whether Seth Rich was a source of the DNC leak. In individual WikiLeaks contributions the technology has been set up in a way which completely anonymizes any person submitting documents. The point he's making, and the reason this case should have made it past local news in the first place, is that a moderately high-level political player being assassinated should be a matter of concern. That doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the leak.

I don't think jeff shared incorrect logs with you.

But those logs should make their intentions clear. I never wanted to bring this out and that's why I lied to dyl that I would have retracted report anyway. But jeff brought it up in game.

I didn't make this public. Jeff did by bringing it up in my last game.
As stated its very suspicous. But you cant say they brought it up when u said it instantly, even if they wanted to do so.

I wouldn't want to leave the statements that he's made about me in the OP uncontested, because it presents an imperfect, incorrect picture of me as a person and the events that transpired.

The sole fact that they both contacted you is very suspicous. But what I gathered from the logs I saw later was that they didnt have time to bring the issue up. It was you who did that pranay.

Doesnt change the fact that contacting you about this issue is quite wrong regardless, but Id like to see the logs if you claim something else happend.
The major flaw with what Pranay is saying is that our Skype correspondence has a different timeline than what is saying rendering it all completely false and pointless.

Both don't have same effect. Hc removed his 24 hour suspension.
You are correct, but the correct course of action was to revoke his leash and re-ban him, and I made the mistake of not doing that.

I'd say that a re-ban until 2016-11-06 trumps the suspension that you're referring to.

I can't believe I really just had to type all that up because you are confused on a timeline that I am certain of because it was Tuesday Volleyball Night for me. Sheesh.

Timeline that will cure Pranay's delusion:

We were discussing about how you were calling him master now and I found it weird and you just acted different in general.
I told Dylan I couldn't join a game in vivor lobby at the time because I was talking to you on Skype.

I had just left Volleyball and it was around 10 PM PST. Dylan says "Can you send Pranay a message for me because I got a ban for harassment."

I say yes and I send you the message and you say "I will get him unbanned, let's talk about other things."

I tell Dylan I sent you it and we discuss your work. Dylan messages me again asking if you replied to the message so I bring the message up again and you tell me "We already discussed this, I will get it removed." To which I say okay and don't bring it up again and we continue to discuss work.

I know why you are mad cody. You are mad because I'm guessing your intentions. Even if I am right about it, you have reason to be mad as you didnt make it clear.


Jeff you are mad because mellifluous considered you guys a single entity. He wasn't wrong, but you have done nothing that leaves any evidence to prove him right.


In the end we all know what you guys actually did.

I wasn't mad at all until jeff brought it up in game and slandered me that I spread lies about them after I helped them a great deal.
