Yeah, okay, that's more than fair. I actually like to do the same. I thought you were implying that anecdote held more weight than actual empirical evidence, and I was having a proverbial cow.
While I agree, that's not exactly the same situation in which I was referring to when I made that post.
I specifically meant that sometimes if I am curious about something in those sensitive matters, I ask mist, because they have personal experience with what I was inquiring about.
Mist is totally awesome and rational and understanding if you're seriously wondering about things.
Just be cool, everyone, and things like this don't have to happen.

Well cited and published research is infinitely more valuable than any one individual's experience. Although I also hold to utilitarian ethics over deontological ethics.
