Remove Tiffiduliu's violation or grant dzanek1143 a violation for him hipfiring the mafia as town on D1.

It's not fair if all the mods do not come to an equal agreement on the hipfire rule. If dzanek gets no violation then caroline, you have to do what's fair and right and remove Tiffiduliu's violation. They both did the same thing in each of their own respective games.
