ok hi i took a nap but what i don't understand is what i would have to say/do to make me seem more "towny", like i literally don't know how to read people bc this game feels like it's full of so many intricacies and simple strategies don't work, so anything i would have to offer would probably just be stupid.
I hate when people make a giant read list on day 1 with everyone in it because I highly doubt anyone can give me 4 sentences on everyone in that read list without coming up with bs
If you're gonna give a read list give it on people you can be sure on with a few sentences without saying "I think" a lot or idk you're thought process needs to be clear giving a giant read list with half assed reads confuses others and when they ask "how did you get a read on ___" if you can't back it up you just look bad leading to a lot of TvT fights
Maybe I don't townread Sonia any more. Maybe these past posts make the entire push, which I thought was towny, scummy, since she's trying her best to stick with it despite new information.
Sonia you're really trying hard to push on me by shutting down anyone that townreads me, but to my knowledge I've rebutted all of your points about how scummy my lines were. Are there other reasons for you to fos me?
Playing dumb = town tell if it's not likely something mafia would contrive.
Burden is on mafia to be creative and town tell. Creativity is a sparse resource, this is how we find the towns, we consider how difficult it would be for mafia to come up with an idea for towntelling out of nowhere.
