I am serious. Seems like every time there is a new admit if he does nothing all praise them. if they try to change something, they miserably fail and all are against them.
I am sick of this. I have so many good and usefull ideas , i have more guts than anyone on this site, and prefer to be laughted at rather than stop what i am doing. I understand what is important and what is wrong!
Just fking make me head admin. I promise when i am moderated, i will try to fix most problems AND TRY NOT TO ADD NEW ONES AFTER EVERY MY DECISION.
I've been this passionate since I was BORN. I am the most passionate person in the damn world-- and from the moment I came into this beautiful, cruel world, I knew I was going to be an EpicMafia admin one day. I have high dreams.
There are lines that should not be touched. The line between role mods and mods is one of them. You need to understand what is right and what is wrong before you up something like up the role mods.
Are you pasionate like that every single time you log in the site?
Playing the setups, coming with strategies, coming with ideas to fix the site and improve it, reporting bugs when you encounter them, tried to voice yourself toward the unjustices, stood up against moderators countless times and etc etc etc. ?
Everything was fking fine untill they started moding role mods. I DON'T THINK YOU FKING UNDERSTAND THE REASON WHY ROLE MODS WERE CREATED IN THE FIRST FKING PLACE.
Why can't for istance NEW PEOPLE be moderators. Not old timers liek me or someone else but like NEW PEOPLE.
And also me for admin? Cmon , After lucid finnaly listened to me to make 2 people head admins , to lowerd the problems by half, i think i can menage with someone else. 2 heads think better than one.

Same old people are moderators and head admins into endless circlejerk. They fking jerk each other and fking accept each other because they know each other.
I am offended every time i submit an application and i am not accepted as a moderator. Heck, i am done with dreaming little. I once even settled to be Tutor... But now i seriously feel like its more appropriate to be Head Admin over some people.
I have pm every admin, and every time the reason i would not be a good mod is different. And then someone is moded who 2 months later is cursed by everyone for a dumb mistake, and he leaves just to be replaced by someone else who doest he same mistake 2 months later.
I know what responsibilities i need and what to do. My god, there were admins who did nothing for this site, and peoples praised them because they are all mighty.
dude, the hackers would eat you alive if you become mod. you'd go down and the site would go down with you. you're better off minding your own business anyway, you still get to play as much as you want without having to worry about any possible cheaters or moderating because that's a mod's job. you don't know the size of the responsibility, so you're not ready for it.
